Lab Report Sheet

There are 9 different versions of the lab report sheet.  A paper hard-copy will have been handed out to you at a previous in-person on-campus lab session.  If you lose yours, please email your lab instructor to have a PDF version emailed to you.  The report sheets are not available on this website.

Calculations

Please refer to the lab manual and the backside of the lab report sheet.  Use Table 7.1 of the lab manual.

Submission of Completed Lab Report

The report consists of only page 1 of the report sheet and must be submitted electronically as you have already conducted your last in-person on-campus lab session.

Please either scan your completed paper report sheet using CamScanner or similar software, or take a high-quality photo of it.  If possible, please convert your scan or photo to a full-page PDF.  Email this to your lab instructor before the deadline.
