Chem 110 Online Exp: Emission Spectroscopy
PreLab Quiz
Please first login to eLearn for your CHEM 110 lab section.
From there, select the Exp #2 Emission tab and then click on the Quiz link shown. Follow the instructions for the quiz. You will have 20 minutes to submit once you start the quiz. The closing deadline for submission is shown at the top of the quiz, and will be around midnight of the same day that you normally would perform the experiment. This quiz is worth 4 of the 10 marks allocated to this online activity.
Online Experiment
Once you have submitted the quiz, you have until the start of your next scheduled lab session to submit your lab report. For example, if you are in section L1, you would bring your completed EMI lab report to the Exp #3 lab session on Wed Jan 31.More information on submission of the lab report is given at the bottom of this webpage.

A paper hardcopy of the 6-page report sheet is available for printing at home using this link. If you do not have a printer at home, you may complete the "fillable PDF format" version, save it, and then print it out the next time you are on campus for submission by the deadline.
