Chem 111 Online Exp: Qualitative Analysis
Be advised that this online lab could take 2+ hours to complete.
First read the Intoduction section of the Qualitative Analysis experiment in the Chem 111 lab manual. Focus primarily on pages 64 - 67 to get an understanding of the experiment and then quickly read pages 68-69 of the Experimental Procedure. Do not read the rest of the procedure (pages 70 - 85) yet.
Then watch the two videos listed below.
Please watch them in the order of: (1) PreLab Talk, (2) General Introduction.
Either click on the video title or picture shown below to watch the video in YouTube. A quality-setting of 1080p (HD) is usually available.
When finished with the these two videos, obtain the lab report sheet and scroll down to the Unknown Samples Video Links. Click on your lab section. Follow the instructions on that webpage until your lab report sheet is finished.
Finally, you will need to take the ONLINE QUIZ using eLearn. Check in eLearn to see when it closes for your lab section.
